She is a Fellow of the Indian College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FICOG) and is a member of several professional organizations. She is also the author of several publications in national and international journals. Dr. Srivastava is currently a Senior Faculty and Additional MS at Sharda Hospital in Greater Noida. She is also a Professor in the School of Medical Sciences and Research Centre at Sharda University.
She is a past Vice President of the Greater Noida Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society and is currently the Secretary of the Maternal Mortality Committee at SMS & R. She is also an advisor to the Menstrual Disorders Committee of the Society of Menstrual Disorders and Hygiene Management.
