This exposure provided her with valuable insights into the struggles faced by PCOS patients.

Inspired by her personal experience and fueled by her desire to help others, Pragya conceived the idea of writing an insightful book on PCOS. She envisioned a comprehensive resource that would address all the questions and concerns of PCOS patients, incorporating her research, personal experiences, and insights from reputable gynecologists and PCOS specialists
